Public Hearing Notice

The Town of Richfield Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 13, 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Richfield Town Hall, 18 East James Street, Richfield Springs to hear all interested parties for or against the application of Curtin Dairy LP to create a subdivision for SBL #12.00-1-18.01, property located on Co. RestoreNY - Public Hearing Notice

The Richfield Town Board will hold a public hearing at 18 East James Street, Richfield Springs NY, to announce an application for a RestoreNY grant to rehabilitate the building located at 20 Lake Street in the Village of Richfield Springs. The public hearing will take place before the regularly scheduled Richfield Town Board meeting on Monday, May 20, 2024. at 7:00 pm. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Assessor(s) for the TOWN OF RICHFIELD, COUTY OF OSTEGO, STATE OF NEW YORK has/have completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year. The Tentative Assessment Roll is available for inspection until June 6, 2024.

The Assessor(s), or someone designated by the Assessor(s), will be with the Tentative Assessment Roll on the following dates and times, by phone appointment only at 315.725.5636:

May 14, 2024 between the hours of 11:30am- 1:30pm, also on

May 21, 2024 between the hours of 11:30am-1:30pm, also on
