LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town of Richfield Planning Board will hold a public hearing for the Special Use Permit Application for “Home Occupation 2”, property located at 3836 US HWY 20, Richfield Springs SBL# 25.00-1-10.0. Property owner on record is Derrick Proctor. The meeting will be held on September 9, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Richfield Town Hall, 18 E. James Street Richfield Springs. At that time the board will hear all parties for or against this application.
